rugged country

We have seen some beautiful countryside.  If you ever have a chance to ride this trail, do so.  It would also be stunning in a car, but of course if you want a 'real' view, you should take your bike.  Especially the trail fom Ellensburg to Yakima.  It had a lot of bike paths that kept us off of the road as well so we were fairly safe.  Washington has a lot of very nice bike paths to follow.
It is definately warm here.  By noon it is too hot to want to do anything.  It saps the strenght right out of you.  I am so ready to go to bed already and it isn't even 7pm.
Flat tires and injuries have been kept to a minimum.  We have had a few instances of stitches and one concussion but everyone is doing well.
