We went to church in Glenda Davis Park this morning. It was a 6km bike ride. The service was put on by Valley Life Community Church; an RCA church plant. It was a nice setting with a zoo and near the river. A recovering addict spoke about his finding Christ in jail and how after 15 years of addiction he is going to honour God with the next 15 years of his life and see what happens. We sought him out after the services and spoke with him, his wife and kids. It was a great day and of course, it was hot.
