This is my first post

It is February 10th and we have been training for over a month already. Teresa has been riding the trainer while listening to a book on CD. Cool idea. Trainers are kind of boring. It is hard to read a book; hard on the tail bone. The scenery is always the same in the 'great room'. There are no hills, breeze, head winds or tail winds. We can't wait for April.
